The foreigners who want to use e-mail must send the scan copies with the signatures on the documents 1, 6.
The submitted documents are examined by the Selection Committee of the International Education Institute for Study and Research. If they meet the University';s requirements the completed invitation in the electronic form and electronic copies of the documents are sent to the State Enterprise “Ukrainian State Center for International Education” to be registered in the electronic logbook of invitations to study in Ukraine to foreigners by Ukrainian higher educational institutions.
The invitation may be refused if an invitation for study has already been issued to this person by another educational institution and registered in the electronic logbook.
The invitation for study is issued within five working days after the Selection Committee of the International Education Institute for Study and Research receives the documents.
The invitation for study is valid for one year from the date of its issuance.

1. Offline submission documents. Foreigners who are in the territory of Ukraine on legal grounds and have a temporary residence permit or a certificate of application for protection or a valid D-type study visa personally submit the following documents to the Selection Committee of the International Education Institute for Study and Research:
1. application for admission in paper form;
2. questionnaire of the established form;
3. invitation for study;
4. passport document with a D-type visa for entry to study;
5. a copy of a foreigner&aposs passport document or a document certifying a stateless person;
6. the original and a copy of the document on the previously obtained educational (educational-qualification) level, on the basis of which the admission is made;
7. the original and a copy of the appendix to the document on the previously obtained educational (educational-qualification) level, on the basis of which the admission is made;
8. the original and a copy of the academic transcript issued by a foreign/Ukrainian educational institution (in case of transfer and/or renewal of studies, starting from the second year);
9. the original and a copy of a document that contains information about the content of the educational program according to the previous degree (level) of higher education, received credits, duration of study and success in academic disciplines when entering to obtain Master's degree or postgraduate education;
10. a copy of the insurance policy for the provision of emergency medical assistance (except for foreigners who have arrived from countries with which agreements have been concluded on the provision of free emergency medical assistance);
11. four 3x4 cm color photos;
12. a copy of the identity card of a foreign Ukrainian (if available).
The documents specified in paragraphs five to nine of this clause must be translated into Ukrainian with a notarized translation. The documents specified in paragraphs six to nine of this clause must be certified in the country of their issuance in the manner that is officially used in this country for such certification, and legalized by the relevant foreign institution of Ukraine, unless otherwise stipulated by international treaties of Ukraine.
2. Online submission documents.
Foreigners who have an invitation letter for study, support services and legalized educational documents in the country of issuance: (legalized in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the country that issued the educational document; legalized in the consular department of a diplomatic institution of Ukraine abroad (consular legalization or apostille)) must send the following files of scanned documents (in PDF or JPEG electronic format) to the e-mail address of the Selection Committee of the International Education Institute for Study and Research:
1. application for admission in electronic form;
2. questionnaire of the established form;
3. invitation for study;
4. a passport document with a D-type visa for entry for study (if available);
5. a passport document of the foreigner or a document certifying a stateless person;
6. the original of the document on the previously obtained educational (educational-qualification) level, on the basis of which admission is carried out;
7. the original of the appendix to the document about the previously obtained educational (educational-qualification) level, on the basis of which admission is carried out;
8. the original of the academic transcript issued by a foreign/Ukrainian educational institution (in case of transfer and/or renewal of studies, starting from the second year);
9. the original of the document, which contains information about the content of the educational program according to the previous degree (level) of higher education, received credits, duration of study and success in academic disciplines (in the absence of this information in the appendix to the education document), when applying for Master's degree or postgraduate education, if the lack of this information makes it impossible to recognize the qualification according to the document;
10. four 3x4 cm color photos;
11. a copy of the identity card of a foreign Ukrainian (if available).
The documents specified in paragraphs four to eight of this clause must be translated into Ukrainian and certified by a notary public or the relevant consular institution. The documents specified in paragraphs five to eight of this clause must be certified in the country of their issuance in the manner that is officially used in this country for such certification, and legalized by the relevant foreign institution of Ukraine, unless otherwise stipulated by international treaties of Ukraine. Copies of the documents specified in paragraphs five to eight of this clause must be notarized.
1. The foreign entrant must send the documents specified in this clause, including legalized and notarized copies of documents on previous education, to the Selection Committee of the International Education Institute for Study and Research by postal means.
2. When crossing the state border of Ukraine for the first time and after arriving at the University, the foreigner hands over the original documents in person.

1. The applicant is allowed to participate in the contest selection for study enrollment, if the grade on the entrance exam in the Language of Study is at least 100 points. The University has established the minimum values of the number of points for the entrance exams for admission with which the entrant is allowed to participate in the contest.
2. When applying for study online, the foreign applicant takes the entrance exams through the online platform in the premises of the partner organization.
3. The contest score for study enrollment in specialties 081 "Law", 281 "Public Management and Administration", 291 "International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies", 292 "International Economic Relations", 293 "International Law" and 222 "Medicine" must be 150 points and more.
1. The foreign applicant, after the Selection Committee has made a decision on recommendation for admission must conclude a study contract between the University and the applicant.
2. Foreigners who are admitted for studies at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities must additionally, within 14 calendar days from the date of the admission order, conclude a contract for the provision of a paid educational service between the University and the natural (legal) person who orders a paid educational service for himself or for another person, assuming financial obligations for its payment.
3. Foreigners who are admitted for studies shall pay for the educational service in accordance with the contract. The payment shall be made no later than 10 calendar days after the date of the admission order.
